The Kardashian clan has become famous because of oversharing intimate parts of their life, and the oldest sister, Kourtney, has been just as open about her cosmetic enhancements. Kourtney has openly admitted she had breast augmentation in college at the age of 22, reportedly to go from a B cup to a C cup. She has said she wasn’t completely satisfied with her first breast augmentation but is finally content after a few adjustments over the years. Ms. Williams’ breasts are larger than life, just like her personality. Williams, who is reportedly a size 34 FF, says she feels happier, more satisfied and confident in front of the camera now that her breast implants have given her more flattering proportions.

4. Dolly Parton

Few breasts are more famous than those belonging to this classic country crooner. Ms. Parton received her incredibly large implants in the 1970s, a time in breast implant history where the procedure wasn’t widely performed. The most successful female country singer of all time has reportedly had a reduction, although it doesn’t appear like a large one, due to back pain. The quick-witted Ms. Parton has said of her breasts, “I’m in showbiz. I look at my boobs like they’re show horses or show dogs. You’ve got to keep them groomed.”

5. Kelly Rowland

Founding member of Destiny’s Child, Kelly Rowland says she wanted to get breast implants as soon as she turned 18, but her mother and Beyonce’s mom advised her to wait and really think about the decision before moving forward. 10 years later, Rowland says she finally felt ready to move forward with breast implants but first tried on padded bras to get an idea of what size she wanted her breasts to be. Since her decision to get modest, proportionately-sized breast implants, Rowland says she feels sexier and more confident and thinks her new breasts complement her fit, toned body she works so hard to maintain. The idea of having breast implants is certainly more mainstream and accepted than it used to be, and many say that the openness of stars like these on how the procedure impacted their self-confidence is part of the reason.
